Refund policy

Full refund within 3 calendar days

If you cancel your paid subscription within 3 calendar days of the original payment, we refund 100% of the amount paid to the same card or account. No questions, no fees, no fine print.

How to request a refund

Email support@compasly.com from the address on your account with the subject "Refund request". Include the transaction ID from your receipt. We confirm within 1 business day and the bank settles the return in 3–10 banking days (we have no control over that final step).

After the 3-day window

Paid subscriptions are non-refundable after the 3-day window. You can still cancel auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard — your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, then stops without further charges.

Partial usage does not affect the refund

Within the 3-day window, you get a full refund even if you used the paid features in the meantime. We do not deduct usage time, message credits, or AI calls from the refund amount.

Chargebacks

Please reach out to us first instead of filing a chargeback with your bank. Almost every dispute can be resolved by email within an hour. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended pending the bank dispute outcome.

Free plan

The free plan does not require payment, so there is nothing to refund. You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard (Account → Delete account).
