Compasly is an independent reviews platform. We believe consumers deserve honest, well-organised feedback — and businesses deserve a fair chance to respond.
We do not sell reviews, we do not hide reviews behind paid plans, and we do not let businesses delete negative feedback.
1. Mission
Make it effortless for anyone, anywhere, to find a business they can trust — and just as easy for honest businesses to earn that trust.
We are multilingual from day one (8 languages), open about our methodology, and built on a foundation of verified reviews.
2. How we are different
No fake reviews — every review is tied to a real account; suspicious patterns are auto-flagged.
No pay-to-rank — businesses cannot pay to remove reviews or boost their score.
Editorial overviews are AI-generated and labelled as such — we are transparent about what came from a human and what came from a language model.
Multilingual by default — your review is translated for visitors in other languages, but the original is always one click away.
3. Anti-fake stance
We never solicit incentivised reviews. We comply with the US FTC fake-reviews rule (effective 2024), the EU Omnibus Directive, and Russia 38-FZ on advertising. Our editorial summaries are clearly labelled "Compasly Editorial" and never imply they are from real customers.
